Two Factor Authentication For Student

VTC has offered an efficient security measure "Two Factor Authentication (2FA)" service that integrated with part of online services. Please follow few steps to register, then you can be authenticated by “Mobile App (iOS or Android)” or “SMS” from Internet Access.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Home Use

We are pleased to inform you that our contract for the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Protection Software has been successfully renewed.

To ensure continued protection and compliance with our licensing agreement, all colleagues who currently have the Home Use Endpoint Security Software installed must update or reinstall the software according to the instructions provided below. This action must be completed by March 2, 2024.

For users of Kaspersky Endpoint Security on MS Windows:
• Installation Guide (Windows)
• License Key

For users of Kaspersky Endpoint Security on Mac OS:
• Installation Guide (Mac OS)
• License Key

Please note that this update is mandatory only for the Home Use Kaspersky Endpoint Security Software users.

New VPN Service with GlobalProtect Client

To facilitate Digital Workplace under digital transformation environment, Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an essential network infrastructure for VTC which users can rely on this secure channel to get access to VTC services.
In order to enhance the transmission capacity and network security level, new VPN service has just been launched.

With the following enhancements, it can further protect corporate and personal data.
- Network performance enhancement with higher bandwidth and more stable experience
- Easy to use on different devices (eg. Windows, Mac OS,Linux OS, iOS, Android)
- More secure for data protection - enhanced cyber threat prevention and prevent access from outdated OS
Remark: Old VPN Service (Cisco AnyConnect) will be terminated on 31 August 2022.

Online Live Streaming Event Management Services Contract is now available
